As a certified leadership coach, speaker and trainer, I am skilled in partnering with executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Utilizing a vast array of proven traditional and signature custom programs, I help guide them into a fuller understanding of self and others in order to accomplish their goals.
During my career, I’ve been successfully engaged in multiple areas of the professional world. My primary field has been that of professional musician and conductor. This part of my career allowed me the opportunity to conduct on the stage of Carnegie Hall, and through a vast array of European concert venues - including the Vatican, to leadership as a university faculty member and area head, to executive leadership in the non-profit realm, and as a trusted adviser and board member.
As an entrepreneur and strategic leader in the business world – the dots I have been connecting for myself and others are extensive. I have significant experience and success in the e-commerce and social selling arenas. Having attained and sustained the highest level of leadership within my company and earning the two most elite company awards, one for team building and one for team leadership, my track record is exemplary.
I have grown and sustained a powerhouse team for almost a decade, and served as a member of company-wide strategic leadership teams and also as a repeat international presenter/trainer. I bring superior expertise in client acquisition and retention, team building, growth and leadership and serve my clients as their strategic thinking partner. I am honored to bring a unique level of skills and resources to my clients in order to help them flourish in their professional growth!
Within all these experiences, creative collaboration has been, and continues to be, the essence of my role in helping others, singularly as well as organizations, as they work to achieve their true and full potential.

I love fusing my background in education, business and the performing arts to bring the highest level of creative strategic thinking and problem solving to my clients. I am an Accredited Coach/Trainer for the C-me personality and behavior profiling instrument. C-me is based in Bath, England and is committed to “Helping (people) understand their preferred way of doing things, understand others better and improve relationships by putting what they’ve learned into practice.” Using C-me, I coach individuals and teams to understand each other and communicate more effectively in order to enhance personal and working relationships. Holding a Doctorate of Musical Arts, I also bring the highest level of education, experience and training to help you hone your Performance Intelligence in order to achieve your maximum performance in your professional and personal life.

As an experienced entrepreneur and leader with cabi, (an international women’s designer apparel group that has redefined the industry), I not only have grown a successful business of my own with a multitude of clients nationwide, but have also coached scores of entrepreneurs to establish and grow their own businesses. I serve in leadership with cabi as a member of the Strategic Task Force for innovation, education and growth and have served as a regular presenter and trainer at the bi-yearly convention for the international stylist base.
